Jens Lekman must be in a constant state of bliss because no other man writes as perky lyrics as he does. To Jens Lekman every embrace, touch, and kiss means the entire world and nothing compares. He doesn’t dwell on the heartbreaks nor the frustrations like every other musician in the world, he only focuses on those joyful sentimental moments with kaleidoscopic eyes. That’s why I love his music because I relate to his relentless optimism and sentimentality. I’m happy to know that someone out there loves to revel in those small moments that make life sweeter just like I do.
